The first update for Minecraft on the 360 rolled out yesterday. This isn't the promised patch that would get the version up to date with 1.7.3 unfortunately. Instead it is a bug fix patch, which is nice considering there were some pretty bad ones that had me waiting to play again until they were fixed.
There was one glitch that shouldn't have been removed. The dupe glitch. It was the closest thing to creative mode that most people will see for some time to come. Well, another way is inventory editing by transferring your save to your PC.

My advice, before updating grab a friend or an extra controller to stock up on supplies for future projects.
